Background
Started in 2011 by Scott, Katie, and their three children, the ranch began with just a few heifers and has grown into a full-fledged grassfed beef operation. The family works the ranch together, embodying the labor, ownership, and cowboy spirit. Known for their premium quality beef, they are proud members of the American Grassfed Association.
Practices
The ranch employs pasture-based ranching, ensuring cattle are never confined to feedlots and are fed only grass and forage from weaning until harvest. This method not only produces high-quality beef but also helps restore natural ecosystems, improves soil with organic matter, and reduces greenhouse gases. The cattle are never treated with antibiotics or hormones, and the ranch places a strong emphasis on the natural health of the animals from conception to processing.
