Austin's Rush Creek Farm

The farm began five years ago, initially selling fresh produce at farmers markets. Three years ago, they expanded into preserving their produce, creating pickles and jams/jellies using rented local kitchens. Last spring, they completed construction on their own processing kitchen on the farm and received their license in mid-June.

All produce is grown, cleaned, and processed within a quarter mile area on the farm, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process.

Their preserved products include items like Dilly Beans and Pickled Beets, along with a wide variety of jams and jellies.
