Black Watch Farm

Located in Vermont, the farm is known for raising and processing natural beef. The animals are born and raised on the farm, ensuring a consistent and controlled environment throughout their lives.

The farm raises its animals without the use of hormonal implants or digestive stimulants. The cattle are grass-fed for the majority of their lives and finished on steamed corn for the last forty-five days. The beef is processed at a USDA facility and packaged in airtight cryovak containers to maintain maximum freshness.

In addition to beef, the farm offers natural casings franks that contain no added nitrates or nitrites.
