About the Farm

Background

Terry has been farming all of his life, starting out with his father who farmed over 40 acres of land. After his father's death, Terry continued the farm and officially named it Bleiler's Produce Patch. Audrey joined Terry in 2017, bringing her knowledge of nutrition, environmental science, and biology from her teaching career to support the farm's sustainability.

Practices

The farm uses NON GMO and Heirloom seeds, traditional methods, all natural fertilizers, chemical-free practices, natural compost, and OMRI products to grow their produce.

The Rest

Produce is sold at the West Reading Farmer's Market, the Trexlertown Farmer's Market, the Macungie Farmers Market, and wholesale to restaurants and businesses. The farm also has a CSA and a permanent stand at the Slatington Farmer's Market, open Friday to Sunday. They offer homemade sauce, ketchup, and salsa.
