About the Farm
Background
Located on Powder Springs Road, the farm has maintained a roadside stand since 1960. It has strong ties to the community and invites people to experience farm life firsthand.
Practices
Chickens roam freely on pasture and lay brown eggs, while Black Angus cows are grass-fed and pastured pigs are raised without growth hormones or antibiotics. The farm also produces pastured broiler chickens every 8 weeks during the summer and grows a wide selection of vegetables and fruits each season.
The Rest
The farm offers a Fall Pumpkin Patch, hay rides, a haunted hay ride during Halloween, and various events such as farm tours, classes, workshops, and parties. Products are available through CSA programs and at farmers markets in Marietta, Smyrna, and Sandy Springs.
