About the Farm
Background
Located outside the small town of Hastings, the farm has been in the family since 1949, beginning with just a couple of gardens. Over the years, it has expanded to include chickens, ducks, and a variety of garden produce, continually adding new items for sale.
Practices
The farm emphasizes cage-free and free-range practices for their ducks and chickens, ensuring the animals have ample space to roam. Dairy goats are also kept on the premises, with milk available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Rest
In addition to eggs and produce, the farm offers raw local honey and beeswax. Spanish Black Turkey eggs, a heritage breed, are available in limited supply. Visitors are encouraged to call in advance to confirm availability and arrange their visit.
