About the Farm

Background

Family-owned and operated for over 50 years, the farm began its CSA program in 2008. Celebrating over 60 years of farming, it has provided organically grown vegetables to CSA members, market goers, and local restaurants for eight years. Located in Lititz, just north of Lancaster City, in scenic Lancaster County, the farm serves over 200 families with a variety of produce and other farm products.

Practices

The farm employs organic growing methods to cultivate over thirty types of vegetables, several small fruits, and a diverse selection of culinary herbs. Their commitment to land stewardship is reflected in their techniques, which aim to protect and improve the health of the land and the surrounding community.

The Rest

Members can enjoy weekly newsletters, pot lucks, farm tours, pick-your-own crops, cooking demos, and more. The farm also offers beyond organic meats and eggs, flowers, honey, pumpkins, gourds, and seasonal decorations. Events such as yoga on the farm, annual vegetable plant sales, and harvest parties are regularly held.
