Practices

Cattle roam the expansive Northeastern Colorado plains for nearly a year after calving, allowing them to grow naturally. The ranch follows humane handling practices from calving to processing. The cattle are finished on a corn-based diet, which imparts a classic flavor and marbling to the beef. All beef is dry-aged for enhanced flavor and tenderness.

The Rest

The ranch offers quarter, half, and whole beef shares, as well as various Beef Boxes filled with dry-aged steaks, ribs, roasts, patties, and ground beef. Customers can customize their orders, choose their preferred butcher, and opt for local pick-up or shipping. Payment plans are available, and the beef is vacuum-sealed and labeled for convenience.
