Stephen, the son of the founder, has joined the venture and plans to expand offerings to include pasture-raised chicken eggs and seasonal vegetable produce.
Practices
The pigs are heritage breeds, raised entirely on pasture. Their diet is supplemented with a mix of non-GMO corn and peanuts soaked in water to aid digestibility. This approach ensures the animals are healthy and their meat is flavorful.
