Eder Farm is known for its commitment to raising high-quality, all-natural meats, focusing on grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork.

Practices

Animals are raised on pasture using rotational grazing, ensuring they have access to fresh, clean water and trace minerals. During winter, they are fed organic hay and are never fed grain. Pork is fed a diet of organic grains and minerals, with ample pasture for roaming and rooting. All animals are humanely slaughtered and butchered under USDA supervision, with beef and lamb dry-aged for 7-14 days.

Meats are clear plastic wrapped, labeled with the cut, and frozen for customer convenience.
