Background
Ana and Abel Garcia, first generation farmers in North Florida, started their farm from scratch with a commitment to quality over quantity. They focus on producing the highest quality pasture-raised beef using natural and humane methods. Their dedication to traditional practices, such as dry-aging beef for 17 to 21 days, sets their product apart in terms of tenderness and flavor.
Practices
The Angus cattle spend their entire lives on lush pastures and are never given hormones or antibiotics. Towards the end of their lives, the cattle are supplemented with natural grains to enhance marbling. The farm employs regenerative practices to heal the land, ensuring that their farming methods contribute positively to the ecosystem. Dry-aging the beef for approximately 21 days, a time-consuming process that results in superior tenderness and flavor, is a key part of their approach.

Customers can enjoy the convenience of local delivery, with orders packaged in insulated bags with frozen gel packs to ensure freshness. The farm offers a variety of products including steaks, ground beef, brisket, roasts, artisan sausages, bacon, hot dogs, lamb, jerky, and other farm goods. USDA Prime options are available, and the farm emphasizes humane handling and the regeneration of soils.
