Gallmeyer Farm

Gallmeyer Farms has been a family farming enterprise for one hundred years, known for its commitment to providing fresh, high-quality produce directly from the fields to the customers. The farm has built a reputation for its stringent taste and quality testing, ensuring that every vegetable and fruit meets their high standards.

The farm grows a variety of produce and strawberries on-site, allowing customers to witness the harvesting process firsthand. By eliminating transit time, the farm ensures that its produce retains maximum nutritional value. Steve, one of the farmers, plants a new crop of sweet corn every ten days to ensure a continuous supply of fresh corn throughout the summer.

The Veggie Stand operates seven days a week from 9am to 7pm, offering a selection of homegrown produce and seasonal specialties from local farms. It also distributes local, unpasteurized honey. The farm hosts summer field trips to educate groups about local food and farming practices. Visitors can enjoy a free play area for children, shaded picnic spots, and free admission and parking. Pets are not allowed on the farm premises.
