About the Farm
Background
Opening mid-April, the farm has established itself as a go-to destination for home grown annuals and vegetable plants. Known for its produce stand that opens on July 4th weekend, the farm is celebrated for its daily picked sweet corn and outstanding tomatoes. The farm also hosts a Fall festival starting September 21st, featuring a variety of activities and seasonal produce.
Practices
The farm focuses on growing high-quality produce and garden plants, ensuring that fruits and vegetables are picked fresh daily. The knowledgeable staff assists customers with garden planning and pest and disease diagnosis, emphasizing a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
The Rest
The Fall festival includes a large zoo, pony rides, camel rides, wagon rides, a jumping pillow, a haunted house, a little farmers play yard, a corn stalk maze, and a straw town maze. Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of home grown pumpkins, squash, Michigan apples, cider, fresh baked pies, homemade fudge, and apple cider donuts. The farm also offers school tours, birthday parties, and group outings by reservation.
