About the Farm
Background
The farm has established itself as a licensed provider of raw cow milk, catering to the local community with a diverse herd of Line Backs, Ayrshire, Dutch Belt, and Normandy cows. The farm also operates its own butchering facility, offering a range of grass-fed meats including beef, veal, pork, goat, and lamb.
Practices
The farm maintains a hormone and antibiotic-free cow herd that is primarily grass-fed with minimal supplements. The butchering facility ensures that meats can be processed without MSG, nitrites, and nitrates upon request.
The Rest
Raw milk and grass-fed meats are available at various local retail locations such as Dave's Super Duper, Nature's Grace, Honesdale Farm & Garden, Lake Region IGA, Key Foods, Stevens Farm Market, Ritter's Farm, Gerrity's, and 4 Seasons Farm Market. Products are also available on the farm Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm.
