Intervale Community Farm

The Intervale Community Farm began in 1990 to provide the greater Burlington community with an affordable source of high-quality, organic produce. Organized as a member-owned, community-supported agriculture (CSA) farm, it has grown to serve over 600 member households annually, distributing produce year-round through summer and winter shares.

The farm emphasizes a thriving farm ecosystem and cultivates a wide variety of local, organic produce. It operates with the wider community's needs at the forefront, fostering a vibrant and interactive community of farmers and eaters. The farm also provides sustainable and fulfilling jobs for its staff, who are hired employees with no ownership interest in the business.

All CSA shares are distributed on the farm, making it an approachable, enjoyable, and engaging destination suitable for all ages. The farm benefits the wider community through partnerships, donations, and service, and strives to be accessible to an economically diverse membership.
