Owned and operated by fifth, sixth, and seventh generation Texas farmers and ranchers, the ranches span over 4400 acres in Medina and Frio Counties. The family has cultivated their land for generations, focusing on natural and traditional farming methods.

The farm uses free-flowing artesian Edwards Aquifer wells for irrigation, ensuring a steady supply of clear water for their grass-fed animals and natural vegetable gardens. They avoid the use of hormones, antibiotics, and other chemicals, opting instead for a diet of fresh, green, natural grass. This approach results in lean, healthy, and nutritious meat, raised in an environmentally sound, economically viable, healthy, and humane manner.
