    Background

    Located in Dillon, Montana, the 88,000 acre ranch has become known for its commitment to producing high-quality beef through natural weight gain and humane care practices. The ranch exclusively raises its own Black Angus cattle, allowing for strict oversight of quality and standards.

    Practices

    Cattle are raised to about 18 months of age without hormones and spend their lives grazing on pesticide-free, natural pastures. The beef is dry aged for 19 days to enhance flavor and tenderness, and then hand cut and trimmed by skilled artisan butchers. The meat is immediately frozen and vacuum-packed at a USDA certified plant to ensure quality.
