About the Farm
Background
Located in northern Lebanon County, this family-owned and operated farm has been certified organic since 1998. Over the years, it has become known for its diverse offerings, including vegetables, beef, pork, and a variety of other organic products.
Practices
The farm adheres to organic farming principles, ensuring that all vegetables are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The livestock, including beef and pork, are raised on pasture, with the beef being 100% grass-fed and the pork being free-range. Additionally, the farm offers soy-free and GMO-free eggs, emphasizing their commitment to natural animal husbandry.
The Rest
The farm sells its products to restaurants, buying clubs, stores, and individuals. It operates a farm store open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, offering a range of products including organic raw milk, free-range chicken, and organic raw milk cheeses and smoothies. They also run a CSA program during the summer for 21 weeks and a Winter program for 14 weeks.
