About the Farm
Background
Legacy Farms has been locally raising Wagyu beef since 1881. The farm is operated by the 8th generation of the Dryer family, who are dedicated stewards of the land and livestock.
Practices
All proteins are free from added hormones, steroids, and antibiotics, ensuring the safest and best products. The farm sources grains for their artisanal breads from sustainable regional farms. They emphasize a deep connection to the land, working in harmony with nature throughout the seasons.
The Rest
Legacy Farms sells their products through Sandpoint Farmers' Market, Six Rivers Co-op, Di Luna's Cafe, and directly to consumers. The farm also operates a horse boarding business. Rich and Kariann Dryer are the current stewards, and they invite customers to engage with farm life through various updates and photos.
