About the Farm
Background
David and Annette, along with their five children, live and work on a third-generation family farm in east central Iowa. Known for raising and marketing less than 100 beef per year, they cater to a select and loyal clientele who value their exceptional Midwest beef and the relationships formed with the farmers.
Practices
The farm raises Angus beef naturally, feeding them a strict vegetarian diet of alfalfa, hay, and corn. The cattle are never given animal by-products, routine antibiotics, or growth hormones. The beef is grass-fed and corn-finished, and all meat is dry-aged to enhance tenderness and flavor. The farm is state-inspected to ensure quality and safety.

The farm offers various purchasing options, including package bundles, custom packages, and bulk beef.
