About the Farm
Background
For over seven years, this community-driven enterprise has thrived as a farm-to-consumer business, fulfilling thousands of orders annually. Membership requires a $40 lifetime fee and a signed contract, ensuring a dedicated customer base committed to high-quality, nutrient-dense food.
Practices
The farm's cows graze on fresh grass and hay enriched with organic nutrients, both in the pasture and barn, aiming to raise the healthiest cows possible. Their milk is raw, non-homogenized, and contains the fully digestible A2 type of β-casein protein. The farm is in the process of converting to a 100% A2/A2 herd. For over fifteen years, the land has been free from chemicals, and neighboring farms with similar practices contribute to the product offerings. The farm also produces made-to-order dairy products like yogurt, kefir, smoothies, cottage cheese, and cream cheese from their own milk.
The Rest
The farm offers home delivery to various states and group pickup sites with free or reduced shipping. They emphasize sustainability with compostable packing materials, except for the thin plastic lining of their ice packs. The farm also sources a variety of products from local organic farms, ensuring a wide range of nutrient-dense, real food for their members.
