Moss Hill Farm employs a range of organic and biodynamic methods, including mulched, light tilling, and the use of homeopathic teas and compost. The farm avoids synthetic products, GMOs, sewage sludge, and irradiation. Soil fertility is enhanced through cover crops, natural minerals, and the labor of earthworms and microbes. Pest management involves encouraging beneficial insects, birds, bats, and other creatures. Weeding is done by hand, light tilling, and other safe practices. Irrigation is primarily through overhead sprinklers using pond or well water, and plant diseases are managed by maintaining healthy soil through biodynamic sprays.

Moss Hill Farm offers a CSA program with shares available for pick-up three times a week. Members are welcome to visit the farm by appointment, and the farm also has a program where helpers can work in exchange for food. Freshness is a priority, with most vegetables harvested on the day of pick-up. The farm guarantees the quality and flavor of its produce, offering refunds if customers are not satisfied. The farm's natural environment means vegetables may have some small insects, but this is part of its commitment to chemical-free farming.
