Natural Springs Dairy

Natural Springs Dairy Products & Farm Market is situated on an 18-acre farm in Hastings, Florida, west of St. Augustine. Known for their raw milk, farmstead cheeses, and a variety of other dairy products, they also offer farm fresh eggs, chicken, beef, pork, goat milk and cheese, and local raw honey. The farm market is open six days a week, providing a direct connection between the farm and the community.

The farm raises Holstein and Jersey cows, along with chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, and pigs, all of which are primarily grass-fed with some grain supplementation. They adhere to a philosophy of minimal intervention, avoiding the use of vaccines, antibiotics, or pesticides. Although not certified organic, the farm's practices emphasize natural growth and health of the animals and land. Per Florida law, all raw milk products are sold as animal feed, and other products are sold as feedstuff.

The farm offers home deliveries on Tuesdays and Saturdays, covering areas from Jacksonville to Orlando. Customers can also pick up their orders at various farmers markets, including those in Ocala, St. Augustine, and Palm Coast. The farm market allows visitors to meet the animals and purchase products directly. Note that all raw milk products are sold as animal feed due to state regulations.
