About the Farm
Background
For more than 30 years, the farm has been dedicated to raising Limousin cattle, a breed originating from France, known for its well-muscled physique and highly valued meat among French chefs.
Practices
The cattle are grass-fed, never fed animal byproducts, and raised without added hormones or antibiotics. The beef is processed in a federally inspected facility near Springfield, Oregon, and is dry-aged for 14-21 days to enhance tenderness and flavor.
The Rest
The farm meticulously tracks the genetic backgrounds, health, and nutritional histories of their cattle, ensuring high-quality meat that stands out from typical supermarket offerings.
