After extensive research and hands-on experience, the farm began with Berkshire hogs and developed unique feeding and finishing methods to produce extraordinary pork and beefalo.
Practices

Their beefalo are grass-fed and finished with dried local olive oil lees, while their hogs are finished on a diet rich in peanuts and brewers grains. The animals are groomed and massaged regularly, and all are humanely dispatched on the farm to avoid stress.
