Prairie Gold Pastured Meats is a first-generation family farm known for its commitment to providing high-quality, pasture-finished beef through a community-supported agriculture model. They offer a unique Herdshare program that allows customers to buy into their herd of grass-fed Angus cattle and receive a portion of the beef.

The farm employs humane production and processing methods, ensuring that the cattle are 100% grass-finished. This approach not only benefits the health of the animals but also enhances the nutritional profile of the beef, which contains 75 mg of Omega-3 per serving. The farm is dedicated to stewarding the land and tending the herd with care.

Customers can choose between a half share, yielding at least 40 pounds of frozen beef, or a full share, yielding at least 80 pounds. Individual cuts and various beef products are also available.
