Provision Organic Farm

Provision Organic Farm (POF) is a family-owned farm known for supplying fresh produce and animal products to Provision Kitchen and other local outlets. The farm spans several acres and includes vegetable plots, composting operations, and livestock areas.

POF adheres to organic farming methods, exclusively using non-GMO, soy-free animal feeds. The farm employs sustainable practices to create an optimal environment for both plants and animals. Pigs are raised outdoors on certified organic land, rotated through fresh pasture paddocks, and fed a mix of certified organic grains. The farm avoids the use of antibiotics, growth hormones, steroids, or vaccinations, ensuring a stress-free environment for the animals.

Provision Organic Farm offers customers the opportunity to purchase pork by the half or whole sides through pre-order, with retail cuts available soon. The farm works closely with Provision Kitchen to plan harvests and adapt the restaurant's menu to seasonal produce, ensuring peak freshness and flavor in their dishes.
