Restless Roots Farm

Located in the heart of Central Pennsylvania, this farm has faced significant changes, particularly in the Fall of 2019 when they lost access to their original land. Despite these challenges, they have continued to support the local food system by creating a new CSA model that emphasizes cooperation and community. The farm is known for its dedication to local farmers and consumers, advocating tirelessly for a stable and equitable food chain.

The farm operates with the health of the land, the farmers, and the customers in mind. The Central PA Farm Share offers a bountiful box of hyper-local veggies, fruits, and special farm treats like eggs and jam. The CSA shares cost a little over $27 a week for an 18-week subscription, providing an average of 7-11 items weekly. By participating in the CSA, customers support local farmers directly and receive fresher, superior products. The farm also includes homemade recipes like jellies, pickles, and pestos in the shares.
