About the Farm
Background
For the past decade, this family has been dedicated to raising high-quality beef, starting with a cow-calf operation in Colorado and expanding to yearling steers in Kansas. They have now extended their offerings to direct-to-consumer sales of whole grass-fed and grass-finished Angus beef.
Practices
The farm employs rotational grazing to ensure animals consume the best possible grasses, maintaining a diet that is entirely grass-fed and grass-finished, free from grains and ruminants. The animals are raised responsibly and allowed to roam freely on the pastures.
The Rest
Customers can have their beef processed and packaged to their specifications through small, family-owned processors in Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri. The farm assists in transporting the live animal to the processor and offers options for dry-aging and custom cuts. Buyers are responsible for picking up the finished beef or arranging for direct shipment.
