Practices
Cows are raised on grass, chickens in a large fenced area with food scraps and small grains, and pigs are fed milk, food and garden scraps, and small grains. Vegetables are grown using composted manure from the cows and natural pest control techniques, with no chemicals applied to the gardens or animals.

The farm sells a limited amount of vegetables, culinary and horticultural herbs, NYS certified raw milk, pork and beef cuts, and eggs.
