Seven Freedoms Farm, LLC

Founded by a husband and wife team originally from New England, the farm began in May 2013 when they discovered an old farmhouse in need of restoration. The land, once actively farmed until the 1970s, had fallen idle until they revived it. The farm now spans 46 acres of rolling hills, dense trees, and babbling brooks, with a historic log farmhouse at its heart.

The farm focuses on raising purebred registered Myotonic goats, known for their fainting trait which makes them easier to manage. The goats are tested and come with papers from the MGR. Additionally, the farm maintains a truly free-range flock of chickens that roam the land during the day and are secured in a coop at night. The chickens' diet is minimally supplemented except during the coldest months, and their eggs are sold on a limited basis.

The farm's mission includes raising hardy and sociable animals while respecting the land's history and previous inhabitants. The owners are also dedicated to restoring the original 19th-century farmhouse and learning about its past.
