About the Farm
Background
Inspired by a trip to Tuscany, the farm was established in California with 500 Italian olive trees. The farm has garnered multiple international awards, including Silver in the New York International Olive Oil Contest and Gold from the California Olive Oil Council in 2021. The farm is known for its Tuscan Blend, which has a flavor profile of green olives, almonds, and a hint of floral.
Practices
The farm employs sustainable practices, using only natural, organic fertilizers and avoiding chemicals and pesticides. The olives are hand-harvested by friends and family and pressed within hours in an on-site Italian mill. The oil is stored in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks to ensure freshness and quality.
The Rest
The farm offers a 500 ml bottle of their olive oil for $25, with shipping or farm pick-up available for orders of six or more bottles. The farm is located in the beautiful foothill community of De Luz, Temecula, California.
