About the Farm
Background
Previously operating a 300-acre OCIA & OEFFA organic farm, the current 23-acre farm continues the legacy of diversified farming after the sale of the larger farm in 2003.
Practices
The farm is in the process of transitioning to organic certification and is a member of the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA). They emphasize biodiversity by growing heirloom varieties of vegetables and maintaining a small flock of rare Red Cap chickens, alongside raising Giant Chinchilla rabbits for over two decades.
