True Garden

True Garden, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is the premier vertical aeroponic food farm in the Southwest U.S. This first-of-its-kind facility was designed in partnership with Future Growing LLC to drastically reduce the region’s agricultural water consumption while providing local, living produce year-round in the hot desert regions of Phoenix and the Southwest US. The greenhouse is capable of producing most cool season food crops year-round, even in the scorching desert, where temperatures can reach 120 degrees during the day and 90 degrees at night during peak months.

True Garden utilizes the patented vertical aeroponic Tower Garden technology, which requires no growing medium inside the growing chamber, thereby lowering costs and eliminating disposal issues. The Tower Garden technology recycles 100% of the nutrient solution, using up to 95% less water compared to conventional organic farming and up to 90% less land by growing vertically. The greenhouse operates efficiently with very little energy in the winter months by using a naturally vented mode and employs smart and efficient technologies during the hotter summer months to maintain optimal temperatures. The farm uses no harmful chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides.

True Garden offers weekly CSA shares, an on-farm farmer's market on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and seedling sales. The facility is operated by solar power, making it a sustainable choice for urban farming. The vertical tower farm is ideal for small urban settings, benefiting both urban growers and consumers.
