About the Farm
Background
For more than five generations, this family has been dedicated to raising cattle, with the current owner continuing the tradition for over 25 years. Known for their Angus breed, they have honed their expertise in cattle farming, ensuring that each animal is raised with care throughout its entire life.
Practices
The ranch prioritizes the well-being of their cattle by providing ample space, peace, and natural grass for grazing. Spanning over 5000 acres in Central and Southern California, the ranch operates without the use of hormones, herbicides, or fertilizers. They do not plant or till the ground, allowing the grass to grow naturally. The cattle and the land exist in a symbiotic relationship, where the cattle fertilize the ground, and the ground, in turn, nourishes the cattle.

True Pasture Beef offers home-grown, free-range, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef, emphasizing the importance of healthy dietary choices. The mission is to empower individuals to promote positive social change in beef production by providing environmentally sustainable and locally raised beef. Currently, their beef is available only in parts of Southern California, with limited production due to their commitment to quality.
