Tule Creek Dairy

Located in the Texas Panhandle, this dairy is the only licensed goat dairy in the region. They milk a small herd of Nubians, Lamanchas, and a few Toggenburgs, producing artisanal cheeses and milk in small batches.

The herd is blood tested and certified free of diseases such as CAE, tuberculosis, brucellosis, and Johne's by the State of Texas. The dairy emphasizes artisanal production methods, ensuring each batch of cheese and milk is crafted with care.
