Wahl Farm Dairy

Located in the picturesque foothills of the Catskills, just two hours from New York City, this farm has been dedicated to raising jersey cows and producing raw milk. Over time, they have diversified their offerings to include pumpkins, fresh brown eggs from cage-free chickens, and meat chickens raised on a small scale.

The farm prioritizes keeping their cows on pasture as much as possible throughout the year, allowing them to enjoy sunshine, fresh air, and grazing on grass. This approach not only benefits the cows but also contributes to the health of the land. The chickens are raised cage-free, and the meat chickens are given ample space to grow naturally.

In addition to raw milk, the farm is exploring the sale of rose veal to customers who commit to purchasing an animal while it is raised to slaughter age. They are open to raising more meat chickens if there is sufficient interest from customers.
