Walker Farms

Located in Siletz, the farm has become known for its high-quality cuts of pork and lamb, which are sold at various local farmers markets. Over the years, they have expanded their offerings to include jams, pickles, and other value-added products, catering to a growing customer base in the region.

The farm raises grass-fed lambs that are born and raised in pastures, consuming grass in the summer and high-quality hay in the winter. Hogs are fed a GMO-free, corn-free, soy-free proprietary blend designed by an animal nutritionist, ensuring well-marbled and flavorful meat. Chickens are pasture-raised, starting in brooders and then moved to fields where they consume up to 30% of their nutrition from grass, supplemented by a custom feed blend. All feeds are free from chemicals, hormones, and drugs, emphasizing the farm's commitment to natural and wholesome animal husbandry.

Customers can place orders in advance for pickup at farmers markets, and the farm offers no-contact home delivery service on Wednesdays. Products are also available at select restaurants and grocers in Lincoln County and surrounding areas. The farm's presence at multiple farmers markets, including Newport, Neskowin, Yachats, and Philomath, ensures accessibility to their high-quality products.
