After a diverse career in cooking and teaching across the USA, Ireland, Turkey, and South Korea, the owner sought a simpler life centered around food production. This journey led to the establishment of a farm dedicated to raising heritage breed pork and chickens, alongside cultivating a substantial garden for seasonal vegetables.

The farm employs pasture-based methods for raising heritage breed pork and free-range chickens, ensuring the animals have access to open spaces. Their diet is supplemented with locally sourced non-GMO feed. In the garden, the focus is on building soil health through the exclusive use of homemade compost.

The farm aims to share its abundance of pasture-raised pork, free-range chickens, and garden-fresh vegetables with the community.
