Whiffletree Farm

The Straight family has been running their farm in Warrenton, Virginia since 2009, with the help of family, staff, interns, and customers. Over the years, they have learned many lessons, had numerous adventures, and met many good people along the way.

All animals are frequently moved onto fresh pasture or forage, allowing them to thrive naturally. The farm does not use antibiotics, chemicals, or GMO feed, ensuring that their practices support the health of their customers, animals, land, and community.

The farm offers a variety of shopping options including an on-farm store, curbside pickup, and neighborhood delivery. They also provide opportunities to purchase whole or partial cows or pigs, and they sell hens for those looking to start or expand their own flocks. The farm store is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm. Additionally, they have delivery drop points from the DC area to central Virginia.
