Background
Owned by siblings Jerry Williamson, Marcia Williamson-Streich, Alan Williamson, and Jerry's son Eric Williamson, the farm benefits from the nutrient-rich soil of the Columbia Basin, which also supports bountiful vineyards and fields of alfalfa.
Practices
The farm never feeds grain, or uses hormones or antibiotics, ensuring a wholesome, flavorful, healthy, tender, and lean beef. The cattle graze year-round on hearty fields of alfalfa and other grasses.
The Rest
Beef is available at various natural foods markets across the state and can be purchased frozen online. Farm visits are welcome with prior notice.
