Wisner Farms

Wisner Farms has established itself as a family-run operation dedicated to providing a variety of meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and eggs to sustain their family throughout the year. Known for their commitment to quality and sustainability, they offer beef and lamb in wholes, halves, and quarters to their customers.

The farm employs a philosophy centered on long-term soil fertility, using animal manure and compost to enrich the land. Their livestock is raised on rich grass and hay, supplemented with free-choice minerals and fresh water, without the use of growth hormones, steroids, unnecessary antibiotics, GMOs, or other additives. They emphasize the importance of diverse grasses and legumes for feeding their animals and strive to minimize outside inputs.

Wisner Farms welcomes farm tours by appointment and offers internships and opportunities for international apprentices through the Woofer program. The farm is kid-friendly and features a variety of poultry and other animals.
