Established in 2012 by Zach Knowles, a sixth-generation cattle rancher, the operation was later joined by his wife, Lyndi Adler-Knowles, in 2018. Together, they bring extensive experience in cattle and horse ranching, managing the daily operations to provide a superior-quality product directly to consumers.

The ranch focuses on raising hormone-free, grass-fed beef, ensuring that their cattle are raised in a natural and healthy environment.
