Since the 1980s, they have been pioneering soilless systems in controlled environment greenhouses. At their peak, they were producing and distributing 60,000 lbs. of hydroponic tomatoes annually.

Utilizing a commercial aquaponic system, they integrate fish farming with vegetable cultivation, creating a symbiotic environment where fish waste provides nutrients for plants, and plants help filter and clean the water for the fish.

Their current production includes a diverse array of produce and fish, catering to a market that values fresh, locally grown food.
