About the Farm
Background
Located 30 minutes south of Calgary in Nanton, Alberta, this family-run ranch has dedicated itself to producing high-quality beef that prioritizes health, intelligence, and longevity. The ranch has established a reputation for providing beef that is not only tender and tasty but also 'beyond organic.'
Practices
The cattle are raised without hormones, antibiotics, grain, or animal by-products. They graze on pastures and consume hay that has not been treated with chemical fertilizers. The beef is grass-fed and finished, harvested in the fall between 24-29 months of age, and processed at a federally inspected local abattoir. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure tenderness and quality.
The Rest
The beef is available for purchase in quarters, halves, or whole, sold by the pound, hanging weight. Customers can customize their orders to meet their specific needs. Orders can be placed via phone or email.
