About the Farm
Background
The farm has established a reputation for raising high-quality pastured poultry and grass-fed lamb, focusing on outdoor rearing and rotational grazing practices.
Practices
Poultry are kept outside once they are old enough to withstand cooler night temperatures, and they are moved to fresh grass daily, sometimes twice a day. Lambs, along with ewes, are on a fresh grass diet from birth and are rotationally grazed, being moved to new pasture every day. These practices enhance soil health and improve the overall health of the flock.
The Rest
Visitors are welcome to ask questions and visit the farm to learn more about their practices.
