About the Farm
Background
Brad and Emily, a husband and wife team, started their first-generation farm in 2020 after growing up on hobby farms. Initially raising chickens and steers for family and friends, they expanded to a full-time operation after the birth of their daughter, Mabel, in Fall 2021.
Practices
The farm employs regenerative farming techniques, including daily moves through pastures for intense grazing and foraging. They use locally sourced organic feed for their poultry and pork, which contributes to building soil and grass quality, ensuring a nutrient-dense product.
The Rest
The farm spans 40 acres north of Mora, with a mix of pasture and woods. They offer flexible pick-up times directly from the farm and are also vendors at the Cambridge Farmer's Market on Saturdays.
