Miller's Hill Farm

Located in Morris County, New Jersey, this family-owned and operated farm has been a staple since 1924. Originally founded by the Miller family, it has passed through generations, with John McAndrew III currently at the helm. The farm is featured in the 'Ironia' section of the book 'Images of America: Randolph,' which details the history of Randolph Township and includes family photos and interviews. The farm has evolved over the years, expanding its offerings and preserving its heritage.

Miller’s Hill Farm is a preserved farm, emphasizing sustainable farming and responsible agriculture. The original barn has been updated and restored, and two greenhouses extend the growing season. The farm provides wholesale vegetables to local restaurants and has increased its yearly yield under John McAndrew III's leadership. They offer local beef, pork, and eggs, and have expanded to include Christmas trees, pumpkin hayrides, and educational tours.

The farm offers a variety of seasonal activities and products. In spring and summer, visitors can pick their own berries and flowers. Fall features free hayrides every weekend in October for pumpkin picking. Thanksgiving brings freshly baked pies available for order. Winter offers both pre-cut and choose-and-cut Christmas trees, wreaths, and grave blankets. The farm shop is open with seasonal produce, winter decor, fresh baked pies, apple cider donuts, meat, eggs, and locally made goods. They maintain a self-serve setup to limit contact and regularly sanitize the shop.
