About the Farm
Background
About 15 years ago, Jocelyn and her husband Tim left their chemistry jobs in Chicagoland to take on the challenge of thriving on a 100-acre family farm in Southeast Iowa. Today, they are the proud owners of a farm known for growing herbs, berries, tomatoes, and garlic, which they use to create a variety of handcrafted products. Their mission is to showcase the potential of herbs when cultivated by passionate farmers and to demonstrate how a small sustainable farm can succeed in an industrialized world.
Practices
The farm operates with a deep respect for the land, customers, and community. They take the process from seed to store, making everything themselves using original recipes perfected over the years. Their approach is built on an uncompromising commitment to quality and a reverent care for the land that sustains them.
The Rest
Visitors can experience the farm's products in person at their Fairfield, Iowa Tasting Room or shop online. The farm offers shipping deals for orders over certain amounts and emphasizes the vibrant flavors and aromas of their handcrafted infusions. Their story highlights a passion for life, the creation of special products, and a dedication to enriching the lives of those around them.
