It operates as an online food ordering cooperative, allowing local producers to post their products for sale, with member-owners shopping online and picking up their purchases at a distribution center.

The cooperative prioritizes local and regional suppliers, with local vendors located within an hour's drive and regional suppliers within 300 miles. This approach reduces the carbon footprint associated with food transportation and ensures fresher, in-season produce. The cooperative supports vendors who are passionate about contributing to the community and emphasizes the importance of economic, nutritional, and relational health through local collaborations.

The cooperative operates a farmers market and a grocery store, open to the public, with special benefits for member-owners. It also offers curbside pickup service and accepts EBT/SNAP benefit cards.
